Thread: Approving new users

Seems new users need approving, no one knows how to do this? In any case before they're approved they can get into the chatroom anyway.

If it's possibly IP related bear in mind people at same firms will often have same IPs so that will have to be turned off.

That's strange.. must be something to do with the upgrade to the new version of the forum software. I checked and there were 4 new users waiting moderation - all have been accepted now. I'll check the next time we have a new registration to see if they're getting automatically sent to the moderation queue. Thanks for letting me know.
