Thread: Mail server not working?

Lots of complaints about mail server broken... people unable to complete signup/get password resets etc.

Thanks for letting me know - already got my tech guy on to it. Will post update shortly.

We think the emails were sent out but they might have been tagged as spam by your mail program. We've switched sending mail from the server itself to google's smtp server direct, this is more likely not to be tagged as spam. If anyone hasn't received an email, then first check spam, and if it's not there, request a resend - or, let me know who you are and I'll send the mail direct.
