my nick is gregor and I'm a proprietary trader trading calendar spreads on STIRs most of time, occasionally energy products and Bund.

My name is Smithy. I worked as a dealer for an IB in NZ for 5 years, initially in FX/rates, then moved into equities. I managed to make it through the GFC and several restructures during that time....then quit my job to trade my own account a few weeks ago! (lets see how good a decision that was!). I trade Bunds and euro fx contracts outright during the European timezone from my home and would eventually like to head north to UK/Europe and find a spot on a prop desk
