BFLY - George Soros and two other well known hedge funds recently increased exposure in the name, albeit at $1.70. Chart looks good and it's liquid. Trade it.

CHIO - Trading is thin, it's more "investment" than "trade," however, this company has two powerful things working for it; the commitment to remain on the Nasdaq (which means the $1.00 minimum bid for 10 day rule is in front of us) and fundamentals. China - Insurance - Online Distribution model and a P/E of 3 is for me.

REMC.OB - This one's simple. Morgan Stanley, not known for their "play" in the low priced stock area, is a regular and disclosed insider buyer. Why? Hmm, maybe the math;

a) Current $27MM market cap,
b) Current cash balance of $50MM,
c) Current debt balance of $0, and
d) Disclosed, forthcoming liquidation meaning shareholders are getting paid out the cash value based on their pro rata holdings.
