    What's this say about the prospects for locals?

    I got some* junk mail in the post today... was from provident financial (a subprime lender) offering me a loan for £500...

    Makes you wonder.

    *Actually, quite a lot... often get a lot... My flat was previously lived in by a chap from deutsche who is now in the penthouse upstairs... so gotta wonder what it says about them as well
